Ohio’s next young fly star MeechTheDJ…… Dimitri Davis was born in Akron, Ohio where he began DJ’ing at the age of sixteen years old. What sparked Dimitri’s (Meech) attention to become a DJ was when he began to mix CD’s in middle school for house parties. MeechTheDJ attributes his vision and start to becoming a DJ to Jazzy Jeff and DJ Rob Swift. He got his start DJ’ing at local high school & private events. MeechTheDJ is one of the youngest DJ’s to ever come out of Ohio. He is not your average disk jockey. He has a versatility, creativity, and visions that will have any event going crazy. MeechTheDJ will give you Hip-Hop, Top 40, Reggae, EDM Trap music and so much more. In 2014 and 2015 MeechTheDJ was featured as a headline DJ in Panama City Beach during week 3 of spring break. What took MeechTheDJ to another level was DJ’ing at one of Northeastern Ohio’s most renowned nightclubs, The Ace of Spades every Friday and Saturday nights. MeechTheDJ has opened up for artists and celebrities that include: Gucci Mane, Yo Gotti, Migos, Wiz Khalifa, Kevin Gates, Floyd Mayweather and a number of local artists and model’s. MeechTheDJ’s highlight in 2015 was being name Detroit’s very own KashDoll’s official tour DJ. He toured through cities such as Philly, Detroit, Miami, Atlanta, New Orleans, San Francisco, Charlotte and many more all while putting on an amazing show with KashDoll. MeechTheDJ has had awesome and exciting opportunities and is only going up from here.
