Montana Blak is clearly Philadelphia’s hip hop scene best kept secret. Born in North Philly (Badlands) this wordsmith has been dropping independent projects for his fans consistently. Remaining self sufficient in his music career has been a focal point, because he feels Philadelphia artist has always been chaperoned into the industry under a artist from another city and none have stood alone since Will Smith.
