He is a multi-talented producer born and raised in Seattle, WA. SeeEyeGee also spent time in California, and all over Western Washington. He is making music that is driven by a desire to motivate, inspire, comfort, and express himself in an innovative and creative way. Born Swasea Clark, SeeEyeGee is now a loving Dad and Granddad who is truly led by the emotions and atmosphere that music evokes. He is the embodiment of originality and uses his experiences and musical acumen to create an amalgamated and original sound. SeeEyeGee has had a vast array of musical influences however he accredits the pivotal influences and inspiration in his life to Eric B and Rakim, Souls of Mischief, Soul II Soul, Scott Hardkiss, Donald Glaude, Tiesto, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and The Fresh Prince, DJ Premier, Jay Z, Nas, Metallica, Pantera... Larry Levan and Frankie Knuckles. His current focus has been re-introducing 90s Hip Hop to a new generation of listeners. His overarching ambition is to translate the legacy of 90’s Hip Hop into a sound that younger audiences can relate to. His deep dive will lead to the revisiting of Hip Hop classics by De La Soul, Eric B, and Rakim, EPMD, and Nas. He hopes to inspire those who resonate with the nostalgic nuances in his music and to create something different unique and memorable. SeeEyeGee has multiple projects in his repertoire. His music showcases his masterful ear for creating soundscapes that take the listener on an emotive journey in a uniquely constructed piece of musical artistry. His sound is something refreshing and he wants to share his sounds across genres and generations.
