The journey of excellence began in 1991 for TommyBoy; hired by Power Pack Mgmt. as a dancer for one of its rap groups TommyBoy found himself in a position of curiosity and intrigue. "I think I may like this entertainment thing" TommyBoy once quoted and since that moment in time TommyBoy has been on a quest for knowledge, experience and excellence as it pertained to entertainment. From a dancer to a publicist to a road manager to a street promoter then stepped up to a marketing executive for the Universoul Circus. TommyBoy went on to create his on Promotions team, Team TommyBoy. Team TommyBoy went on to master the ways of the concert promoter and event coordinator this appointment afforded Team TommyBoy the opportunity to work at the most prestigious entertainment venue of its time; Jazzco The Club. Team TommyBoy without a doubt is highly capable to make a lasting first impression. The UniverSoul Circus: a full scale circus that tours the country catering to all walks of life. My role as The Group Sales supervisor was to supervisor and train new employees on how to research and sell (group) tickets to local businesses, schools and non-profit organizations per each market the UniverSoul Circus visited via landline sale calls in and outbound. My role as a Marketing executive was to work ahead of the Circus distributing Circus information on how, when and where to purchase group sale tickets via street marketing campaigns and inner office meetings with perspective organization executives.
