Head of Marketing:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen the DJ Pool brand
  • Drive user acquisition
  • Foster engagement
  • Reduce churn

Additionally, brand-focused channel management and optimizations, including:

Email marketing.

Develop new, and iterate on existing, email campaigns including: activations, abandon carts, winbacks, re-engagement, and content newsletters, etc. Create well defined segments and campaigns based on specific triggers. Set and monitor KPIs. AB test.

Influencer marketing.

Develop and implement strategies to acquire dj influencers as users, and leverage their reach for brand building.

Social media.

Create a strategy for each channel that keeps brand/voice in mind and drives towards strategic objectives. Communicate strategy to and monitor performance of content creators, oversee content and team.

Content marketing.

Create and implement content marketing strategy.

Performance Marketing

Develop and implement a plan for creating ongoing, profitable performance ads.

Customer support, user success, and user education.

Be hands on in the development of strategy, planning, workflows, tools used, etc. Manage and oversee the execution of each by the team.

Press/PR.

Seek opportunities for earned press.
