Last year, McLafferty found herself making tabloid headlines worldwide (Daily Mail Uk, Popdust, Perez Hilton) when she was unexpectedly hit with frivolous lawsuit by a complete stranger.
McLafferty is currently working on her new album "42", due out in November. "Eyes Cold Like the Wind in Chicago", produced by iconic New York producer Rob Flow will be the first single.
