In a reunion for which all hope had been vanquished, the members of beloved Southern hip hop pioneers Goodie Mob are back together with a new album aptly titled "Age Against The Machine". It's good to see Cee-Lo, Khujo, Big Gipp and T-Mo playing nice again, but their single "Amy" comes off more like a typical Cee-Lo Green song that we've become accustomed to. A heartfelt homage to Cee-Lo's "very first white girl" (yes, that's the hook - you can't make this isht up!) "Amy" begs the question of whether this is another one of Lo's tongue-in-cheek offerings that shouldn't be taken too seriously. We can leave it open for interpretation for the time being.
