The new release “Nobody” by Rick Ross features French Montana and Diddy (who also produced the track). The song is a remake of Notorious B.I.G.’s (Biggie Smalls') “You’re Nobody (Til Somebody Kills You).” The song illustrates how Rick Ross sees life in the streets. It starts off with Diddy dealing out some strong real talk for those in the hood. The same real talk continues twice more later in the song. French Montana takes on the hook lyrics singing, “Mama’s tryna to save me / But she don’t know I’m tryna save her,” and then Biggie’s famous beat plays as French repeats Biggie’s lyrics. Rick details the street violence, drug activity, and the danger of snitching to the police. The reality of life in the streets is that you need to lie, cheat, and steal to get the finer things in life. The song appears on Rick’s new album “Mastermind” coming out March 4th.
