Sound architect, DJ and producer, Squa Lee is above all an artist steeped in a rich musical culture. Having cut his teeth in the rap world and collaborated with key figures such as Kaaris and Seth Gueko, Squa Lee has gradually evolved towards a more danceable universe, blending electro, house and world music. Inspired by stalwarts such as DJ Mehdi, Daft Punk and DJ Snake, he likes to instill touches of Afro, Latino and many other genres into all his productions. A perfect illustration of this is his recent remix of a Sam Smith track, which was particularly well received, attesting to the relevance of this artistic shift. The future looks bright. Squa Lee is already working on finalizing a track that should soon be available on all platforms. But his ambitions don't stop there: he's planning to release an EP or LP made up entirely of his own creations. A project that is particularly close to his heart. True to his DJ roots, Squa Lee has not given up the art of remixing. This practice enables him to renew his repertoire and provide his peers with new creations, whether remixes or original tracks.
