Jazzy and funky, Paul Krost's 'Powerless' is about more than music. The track in fact the complete opposite of it's own name. No matter what side of the issues you fall, you can't deny that the american socio-political environment in in turmoil. Paul does an amazing job describing the very real experience that so many are going through, barely able to comprehend what's coming across the news screens. But rather than dwell on just the negative, he uses the second half of the track to empower the listener and give hope of a better tomorrow. Excellent from start to finish, it's genuinely inspirational and the kind of music we'd love to see more radio stations support.
