Starting from humble beginnings in Port Arthur, TX, Theron Rogers' (aka DJ Tha-Ro) musical influences and his passion for music drove him to come to the entertainment capital of the world, also known as Los Angeles, CA. Upon arrival in 2011 he developed his sound and honed his craft to a degree which gave him the opportunity to spin at prominant local L.A. hot spots such as Teddy's At The Roosevelt, The Crocker Club, and Playhouse Night Club. Outside the nightclub scene, he's also been a featured DJ for Shaquille O'Neal Presents: Shaq's All Star Comedy Jam and also curated multiple groundbreaking fashion events such as L.A. Mode Fashion Show, Men's Fashion Week, and LA Fashion Week. Looking to gain more knowledge about music and how it works beyond the turntables, he pursued a degree in Audio Engineering graduating from the prestigious Los Angeles Film School in 2013. 10+ years in the making, a true trailblazer with unique musical selection makes him the real deal and a purist of the DJ culture.
