Tully C. is an American rapper from Indianapolis, Indiana. He started his music career in 2009 on the local level doing shows and recording mixtapes around the city. Signed to Gameface Entertainment in 2010, he set out along with labelmate Abe Linx to blaze a new trail around town bringing lyrics and a complete body of work back to the conversation in a world seeming to be focused on singles. With the release of Reign Supreme in 2011, it was clear that the landscape of the city would no longer be the same.
