Canadian artist Civy C-del proves that on his latest track "Lira Galore," which comes off his recent project, "The Civilian." We can't tell whether or not this is a diss aimed at Rick Ross' ex girl, but either way it's certainly a stellar track. Civy C-del shows off his relaxed and composed abilities as a lyricist and the beat is the perfect mix of upbeat and chill.
