Digital DJ Pool is a music-technology company that connects DJs with new music and each other. It is a premium subscription service that gives thousands of influential DJs worldwide a place to discover, discuss and download new music. For artists, producers and record labels, the platform allows the ability to promote music to our DJ community and offers valuable feedback and performance data that they can get nowhere else. The DJ Pool is a forum for bringing DJs to the rest of the music industry.
You have a passion for music, technology, helping people, and have amazing written communication skills. You can type at least 45 words per minute. You're a problem solver and excellent at multi-tasking. Bonus points if you're also a DJ!
The DJ Pool is looking to fill a part-time customer support position to help our users troubleshoot difficulties with our platform and account issues. You'll communicate with users exclusively through a live chat instant messenger.
Based in Brooklyn, The DJ Pool is a startup environment where you can make an impact on a daily basis. This is a part-time position that requires 10 hours of work per week (at least five hours per week on site) and 5 flexible weekend hours which can be worked remotely.
