NYC up and coming rapper Itzz Frost is back with You Mad. Love that title, got hashtag written all over it. This is some tough sounding hip-hop, built around a trumpet sample and stark snare beat. Itzz bellows angrily about his point of view on life right now. Basically, it’s every man for himself, and don’t mess. As the track progresses you find the trumpet sound burrowing its way into your brain, and you’re hypnotized. Frenetic trilling hi-hats briefly augment the sound, and still Itzz is furiously spitting. Give this a spin in the club for the heads.
