Perc's "Gruel" was undeniably made for dancing and successfully delivers a beat to do just that, but you might want to throw on a pair of shades before indulging in the video. The video's consistent changing patterns are as retro as they come, and Perc and z_concept have coordinated them perfectly with the highs and bass line. The catch? The video's bright background is bound to cause headaches, if not full-on seizures.
Probably not so great for taking a relaxing break at work, but "Gruel" will undoubtedly provide delicious eye candy for club big screens and/or anyone who's recently enjoyed a heavy dose of something psychedelic. For that matter, if you're feeling low and aching for a solo, living-room dance party, "Gruel's" got the flashing lights AND beat covered, all in one go. Disco for one? Yes, please!
