Just in case you've been living under a rock, let us remind you about Savant's "Kali 47" video, dropped earlier this year. "Kali 47" is a story of cowboys and Indians unlike any we've ever seen, or even heard of, for that matter. Slightly reminiscent of Tarantino's 'From Dusk Till Dawn,' Savant sets his video in an old saloon, complete with dancing blonde girls and cowboys with gears at every hand. These guys are content to drink and play cards, like any group of fun-loving hoodlums, until a death-boding game rides into town.
Accompanied by a fast-past, highly electronic beat, "Kali 47"'s fight scenes may be slow, but they're synchronized on point and serve as a perfect selection of graphics to illustrate the story Savant tells with his skillfully arranged bars. "Kali 47" is much more than a high-energy dance track; it's a short story that needs no words.
