The Invisibl Skratch Piklz... is scratching, as Shintaro puts it. They are the legendary DJ crew now composed of QBert, D-Styles, and Shortkut. After dominating the DMC circuit and earning respect worldwide, they helped Vestax and Ortofon with designing more turntablist friendly products and produced several albums. Past and current member have gone on to have successful solo careers as well, touring and putting out music. DJ Shintaro is on his way to earning similar accolades as the first Asian to win the Red Bull Thre3style back in 2013. Aside from other tournament wins, he's remixed songs that have played on BBC Radio1.

In this short Red Bull video, Shintaro joins the three members of ISP for a session and interview. Shintaro discusses his respect for ISP and how he studied them growing up. The session opens with all four of them on turntables. QBert and Shintaro share a mixer as they both scratch their own samples over the beat. Just look at QBert's face as he hears a dope groove when he and Shintaro scratch at the same time. With intermittent bits from Shintaro's interview, the session continues with D-Styles getting down with his unique hand positioning on the turntable. That ends with a short sample from Shortkut that gets a laugh from the group. Shintaro takes the spotlight next, followed by QBert, and then Shortkut. It ends with Shortkut and Shintaro going back and forth. The session seems more like a meeting among Jazz musician friends as they improvise and take turns just having fun on the decks. And they even slip in some of their personality for a kick.
