If there's a better name for starRo's latest, "Making Love," I can't think of it, and it seems the video can't either. "Making Love" flawlessly blends together the world of sex and making music, not a new concept, but one starRo clearly masters. You could say the "Making Love" video is all about sex, and you could say that starRo makes music, and in both cases you'd be right, but you would also be oh so wrong.
For starRo and his newest, making love isn't just about sex. It's about people. And making music isn't just about pairing a beat with vocals; it's about becoming one with the idea behind the sound and syncing perfectly to its meaning and rhythm, which is exactly what he does with "Making Love." As we watch several couples express their love for each other, we also watch starRo express himself and his connection to his music in much the same way, elevating "Making Love" past a music video and into a metaphorical, and beautiful, statement about art.
