Cashmase is an American singer, songwriter, rapper from San Diego, California. Cashmase initially gained recognition as a contestant on the Game Show Network hit television series Family Feud at age 15. He also was nationally recognized as a division one football standout at Montana State University. Intent to pursuing a career as a singer he moved to Denver, Colorado and began recording at Side 3 Studios. In 2014 he would collaborate with Empire artist Smoovie Baby and dropped his debut single "Word To My Cali". That same year Cashmase garnered several online music publications including World Star Hip Hop, Young California, and Thizzler. Looking to reinvent himself as an artist in 2016, Cashmase began writing a series of songs in a new style which resulted with a breakout single titled "Don't Wanna Know".
