Civy C-del, is a Canadian Hip Hop Recording Artist & Singer-songwriter from Mississauga, Ontario. Brown was born on September 9, 1995 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada ; he's of Jamaican descent. Growing up, C-del was always destined for greatness, often writing, rehearing and performing rhythmic rhymes in the mirror at only 6 years old he soon knew that his future as a successful recording artist was predestined. Brown is the second of three boys raised by a single mother; however Brown would intermittently visit and live with his Father who was living in Queens, New York and often traveled to New Jersey, which he considers a second home. After re-locating to Brampton,ON with his mother at the age of 10, Brown had gotten more serious about honing his rap and singing skills. Known for his diverse witty lyrics, grungy attitude and high confidence, he continues to strive at creating new and unique flows and styles that many view as inspirational. Before dropping out of high school at 16 years old, Brown had already performed at several major events and venues throughout the Greater Toronto Area, The Rose Theatre (Brampton),The Hard Rock Cafe (Toronto) & several different high schools, just to name a few. After releasing his mixtape "My 2 cents" which is a project compiled of songs he recorded when he was 16, Civy gained the attention of Cash Money Records A&R's whom he currently collaborates with on a monthly basis. Stylizing his stage name with cent signs [¢] he instantly sets himself apart from other artist with this unique approach. Civy C-del is currently gearing up to release his forthcoming project entitled "The Civilian" in November 2016, with several North American shows booked for the year of 2017.
