After years of jamming around Flint as DJ Stone Cutta.... Dj Eevolution served 9 years in the US Marine Corp and then enrolled into Alcorn State University as a Media Arts major. Within 2 years, "Dj Stone Cutta" was a featured DJ on the Alcorn Campus radio station WPRL holding down the 6-10pm slot until his graduation in December of 1993. Dj Eevolution then moved to Little Rock Arkansas where he attended UALR and furthered his Masters studies in Media Arts. While there he started an internship at KIPR Power 92 Jamz for 2 years under the tutelage of the stations PD...CAVEMAN!!
Dj Stone Cutta moved to Washington DC in 1995 and continued to DJ many private events and remained active with local DC stations until 2001, when he decided to take a break from the industry. Local affiliations would include Flava 1580, WPGC 95.5.
In 2009, Dj Stone Cutta was bitten again by the DJ bug, but realized that his music sense was more mature than what he had previously known. The fact that his inner music veins had grown and was needing more than he was feeding it. After reassessing his focus and passion for music, Dj Stone Cutta changed his name to DJ Eevolution in 2011.
Since 2012, Dj Eevolution has been exercising his ear and his mixing talents on many genres of music. Look forward to him getting deeper into the Dj scene in the near future......
