Cécile Duflot is a French politician. She was Minister of Territorial Equality and Housing in the Ayrault Cabinet. Until June 2012, she was Party Secretary of Europe Ecology – The Greens, a position she held from November 2006 and was, with Jean-Luc Bennahmias, the only Green leader to have served two consecutive terms.
