“Dream BIG!” DJ Empty Beats is a Louisville, Kentucky DJ, Voice Actor, Radio Personality, Production Director, Editor, Graphic Designer and Mixer. “I am not just a DJ, I’m an Entertainer.” Born and raised in The ‘Ville, EB got his start in early 2008 dropping a mixtape series Step In2 the Bad Side in the streets. Highlighting independent artists and industry favorites, EB worked with some of Louisville’s biggest DJ’s, including, DJ Q, DJ E Feezy, DJ Marli Mar, DJ Slikk, DJ Thru Da Roof and others. He then sat back and soaked in as much game as he could while he figured out the best way to take all these styles and make them into one; make them his own. Currently working for Main Line Broadcasting in Production and Promotions, EB lends his talents as a Mixer, Voice Actor, DJ, On-Air Personality, Production director, Editor, and Graphic Designer, he is also the VP of his company Dope16 MC battle league. On B96, he shares his talent with The ‘Ville every Friday night at 10p, with his Mix Show “Feel Good Fridays Mix.” He also mixes on XM radio’s Shade45 on the CoreDJ’s mixshow. Additionally, EB has done voiceover work for many local business. “Everything a DJ is scared to play, I will play it. I take chances and want people to...remember a night with me.” He hopes to one day tour with a major artist, own his own voice over company, be a radio personality in a top 20 market, and works toward helping the young dream their biggest dreams. DJ Empty Beats counts the following among his greatest influences: DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Craze, DJ Scratch, DJ Q, DJ E Feezy, DJ Slikk, to name a few. He is a member of several DJ Crews, including KYMP Kamp DJs, Core DJs, Hittmenn DJs, and is sponsored by RedBull.
