Straight outta' Long Beach was a DJ named Eddy Express. His interest in music & mixing rocketed when he began working at a record shop, where he was then discovered & introduced to on-air mixing at various radio stations around the country. Learning everything he possibly could along the way, he grasped every experience & opportunity & ran with it. With over a decade of experience & honing in on his skills with everyday practice, he has become the premier DJ that he is today. Truly a fan of great music with roots as a hip hop scratch dj, Eddy Express developed a taste for house music & used his turntabilism skills to blend house tunes with those hip hop techniques. Eddy Express has never confined himself to just one genre of music. To describe his sound would be the result of mixing hip-hop, electro, rock, pop, funk, soul, reggae, and house, along with a few skilled scratches into a blender to create a smooth style of his own.
