Melz on The MIC can be heard every afternoon from 3pm-7pm on The Takeover. Melz is one of radio's fastest rising stars already garnering award nominations for "Radio Personality Of The Year" at The Southern Entertainment Awards in 2016 after working his way from overnights to afternoon drive in less than 3 years with his fun, opinionated, and positive approach! Before starting his radio journey in 2013, Melz started a video production company and hosted a web series called HotBox254 and he's directed and produced over 100 music videos and interviews over a 5 year span, but radio was always a passion he wanted to pursue and he did just that! After a short stint at KOOC B106.3, Melz was given the opportunity to rock afternoons on Kiss-FM in 2015 and he's been on a fun and incredible ride ever since!
