Select the export
Choose an existing rekordbox USB export or a copied export folder; select the mounted USB itself to inspect its layout.
USB Check inspects an existing rekordbox export without changing it. Choose the export or the mounted USB itself, select a supported player profile and review findings about referenced music, rekordbox analysis files and the drive layout. A saved report keeps the selected export, player choice and inspection date together for later reference.
The aim is to catch visible problems early and explain what a finding means. A copied export folder can be checked for contents, but checking the mounted USB itself is needed to see its drive layout. Unknown or unsupported details stay marked as unchecked rather than being treated as passed.

This page previews one of nine focused tools planned for a single forthcoming Mac app. The tools are separate workflows inside that app, not browser utilities or nine separate downloads. A public download is not available, and no release date has been announced.
How it works
01
Choose an existing rekordbox USB export or a copied export folder; select the mounted USB itself to inspect its layout.
02
Select CDJ-2000NXS2 or CDJ-3000 so the read-only checks use the named profile.
03
See problems, warnings and checks not performed, then use the corrective guidance to decide what to verify next.
Supported files and libraries
Check the supported files and library requirements before choosing a tool.
Compatibility note
OneLibrary-only exports are unsupported. The checker does not listen to the audio, verify every rekordbox database detail, inspect firmware, test USB health or play the drive on a player. A report can identify known issues; it cannot promise that a device will recognize or play the drive.
Useful now
For preparation you can do now, start with a clear folder and export routine. Our rekordbox management guide covers practical organization steps; for a current device-specific result, consult the player maker’s instructions too.

No. It only reads a supported export and prepares a report. Reformatting erases a drive, so that work requires a separate backup and a fresh export in rekordbox.
No. The tool does not test real hardware playback, firmware, sustained read speed or every export structure. It reports the checks it can perform and clearly marks checks it did not perform.
Yes, for export contents. A copied folder cannot show the original USB’s drive layout, so select the actual mounted USB when you want that part checked.
